Projects
Mileway – Environmental Due Diligence Assessment of 124 commercial asset portfolio, Sweden
Mileway invests in and manages commercial real estate assets across Europe, with a primary focus on logistic and warehouse assets. Spanning Europe’s major cities, its extensive portfolio provides businesses with the last-mile space needed to connect with urban consumers.
Under contract with our long-term partner Nova-Ambiente, we provided environmental due diligence assessment advice on the Swedish portfolio in connection with a Mileway re-capitalisation process. The work required updating documentation for the individual assets regarding environmental aspects such as contaminated land liabilities, hazardous materials management, radon exposure, potential presence of hazardous building materials, and energy performance.
The work involved reviewing disclosed documentation, publicly available records, and conducting site inspections of selected assets.
Starwood – Environmental due diligence assessment of 9 assets, Denmark
Starwood Capital Group is a private investment firm primarily focused on global real estate. The hallmark of Starwood Capital is its visionary investment approach, allowing for movement across various geographies, asset classes, and positions within the capital stack as the firm recognises evolving risk-return dynamics. To effectively implement this strategy, Starwood Capital has developed considerable expertise in both geographic and asset-class domains within its targeted markets.
As part of our contractual agreement with Arcadis, we provided an environmental due diligence assessment regarding a commercial real estate portfolio intended for potential acquisition by Starwood. This undertaking necessitated the updating of documentation for individual assets, with a focus on environmental considerations such as contaminated land liabilities, hazardous materials management, radon exposure, the potential presence of hazardous building materials, and energy performance.
The project involved a comprehensive review of disclosed documentation and publicly accessible records, as well as thorough site inspections of the assets.
Genesta Property Nordic – ESG due diligence of commercial assets in Denmark, Sweden and Finland

The real estate investment and asset management arm of Swiss Life Insurance, Swiss Asset Management, is an independent asset manager offering individual and comprehensive asset management services.
We provided ESG and climate due diligence assessment advice in connection with Swiss Asset Management’s due diligence of multiple residential real estate assets in the Greater Copenhagen area.
