The Danish real estate development company Tetriis A/S addresses the market of affordable housing focusing on the segment of elderly people’s housing. Tetriis has developed the concept ’Agorahaven’. The concept is a modular building structure organised with apartments around an atrium for common space for the residents. We provided the client with an evaluation of the sustainability management system benchmarked against existing and emerging business sustainability policy frameworks such as the EU Taxonomy, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, UN Global Compact, and EU Corporate Sustainability Report Directive.
The work comprised a review of disclosed documents, and interviews with key internal stakeholders which formed the basis for evaluating the client’s current level of sustainability management system.
