It is Primdal ESG's position that sustainable development requires leadership that is honest and empathic, requires courage and the will to act, and that one can handle the feelings of executing with impact. Our leadership training will foster what we referrer to as sustainable business culture. A business culture where everyone understands and takes responsibility and leaders providing the conditions for everyone to contribute and develop.
